You can also go to the Simulation tab and simply click on Start. You then can just switch between Sets in the lower left corner. When you move your mouse over the value for calculated damage you can see all multipliers for the skill.
Just go to the tab Skills/Effects and you´ll see the icon for Meteor. In the provided d3planner link down below, you can compare the current 2.6.1 Firebird Meteor damage with my 2.6.4 LoN Velvet Meteor damage. This build equals Tal Rasha with Season Grandeur Buff.
